Contest Terms

1. Sponsor. Kina Rewards, Inc., 12130 Millennium Drive, Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA 90094 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period. The giveaway begins at [12:00:01 AM Pacific Time on 9/1/2026] and ends at [11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on 11/30/2026] (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter and each carries equal weight.

(a) Referral entry. Join the Kina waitlist at kina.co and share your personal invite link. When three (3) eligible individuals join the Kina waitlist using your unique invite link during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing.

(b) Free alternate method of entry. Send an email to [hello@kina.co] with the subject line "Wonderfold Giveaway Entry" and include your full name, mailing address, email address and daytime phone number. One entry per person by this method. Alternatively, mail a postcard with the same information to: Kina Wonderfold Giveaway, Kina Rewards, Inc., 12130 Millennium Drive, Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA 90094. Mail entries must be postmarked by 12/1/2026 and received by 12/1/2026.

5. Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, and entries from referrals that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion to be fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise invalid, will be disqualified. Referred individuals must be distinct persons with valid, separate email addresses.

6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) WonderFold VW2 Stroller Wagon. Approximate retail value: $1,000 USD. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,000USD. The prize is awarded as is, with no warranty or guarantee from Sponsor, either express or implied. The prize is not transferable, no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize will be shipped to a valid street address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification. On or about 12/15/2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the entry and must respond within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

9. Taxes. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the approximate retail value of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 and the winner may be required to supply a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number.

10. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

11. Release. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or from acceptance, possession or use of the prize.

12. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.kina.co/legal/privacy-policy.

14. Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Not affiliated. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Wonderfold, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or any other platform on which it may be promoted. Entrants release each of them completely.

16. Winner list. For the name of the winner, send an email to [hello@kina.co] with the subject line "Wonderfold Giveaway Winner" after 12/15/2026.
